There seems no chance of redemption now, SoE will force this on all EQ2, EQ, Vanguard and other SoE game players. Well thank heavens I have some other great games to go to <sigh>. As Bhagpuss posted recently, there are some real deal-breakers in the details of this deal.
For me the only chance I’d get back into EQ2 would be if the deal collapsed under the weight of PSS/1′s apparent incompetence. But it looks like they have carte blanche to foul it up as much as they want and SoE will stick by the deal. They must have injected a lot of cash into this deal…
